Privacy Policy

Application: Zenvora — AI Document Manager•Developer: Xpeartz Technologies•Package: com.zenvora.app•Effective Date: October 16, 2026
Fundamental Privacy Promise: Zero-Cloud Document Storage

Zenvora is architected as a Local-First, Sovereign On-Device Workspace. Your documents, scanned images, extracted OCR text, digital signatures, rubber stamps, watermark overlays, and folder hierarchies are processed and stored 100% locally on your Android device. Xpeartz Technologies does not operate document cloud servers, does not upload your files, and does not sell or share your document contents with any party.

1Information We Do NOT Collect

Because user privacy and data sovereignty are the core foundations of Zenvora, the following categories of confidential user content are never transmitted to our servers or any cloud service:

  • Document Files, Images & Scans: Any PDF, photo, scanned receipt, ID, invoice, contract, collage, or note created or imported into Zenvora remains exclusively in your device's isolated application sandbox.
  • OCR Text & Search Queries: Text extraction and document indexing run entirely on your phone's hardware using on-device Google ML Kit models and local SQLite Room databases. Your search keywords and document text are never transmitted over the internet.
  • Biometric Credentials: When App Lock (Fingerprint or Face Authentication) is activated, authentication is mediated natively by the Android OS BiometricPrompt hardware keystore. Zenvora never accesses, collects, or transmits raw biometric records.
  • Payment & Financial Card Information: Xpeartz Technologies does not collect, receive, or store credit card numbers, CVVs, debit card credentials, or bank details. All current and future transactions are conducted securely through Google Play In-App Billing.

2Advertisements & Google AdMob Disclosure

Zenvora is currently free to download and use. To maintain and support ongoing software development, server-free on-device AI engineering, and regular maintenance updates, the application displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC).

Strict Separation: AdMob Has Zero Access to Your Documents

The Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK operates in an isolated display container within the application UI. It has no permission or technical access to your local document files, scanned camera pages, OCR database, signatures, or biometric vault. Your documents are never scanned, analyzed, or categorized to target advertisements.

Data Processed by Google AdMob

In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and Google AdMob Program requirements, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process certain technical device signals, including:

  • Google Advertising ID (GAID / AAID): A unique, user-resettable advertising identifier provided by Android OS for frequency capping, attribution, and ad personalization (where consented).
  • Coarse Geographic Information: Approximate location derived from your device's IP address (such as country or metropolitan city) to deliver region-relevant advertisements and language formatting.
  • Ad Interaction & Diagnostic Telemetry: Ad impression counts, click events, viewability metrics, and SDK performance data to prevent fraudulent traffic and verify delivery.

Managing Your Ad Preferences & Opt-Out Options

You maintain direct control over ad personalization through standard Android system settings:

  • Reset or Delete Your Advertising ID: On your Android device, navigate to Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads) and choose "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID".
  • Personalized Ads Opt-Out: You can manage Google-wide ad personalization settings by visiting the official Google Ad Settings portal at adssettings.google.com.
  • Google Privacy Policy: For detailed information on how Google processes ad data, please review the Google Advertising Technologies Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

3Future In-App Purchases, Paid Plans & Google Play Billing

While Zenvora is currently free with ad support, we plan to introduce optional premium subscription tiers, one-time pro feature passes, and an ad-free upgrade option in upcoming releases.

Google Play In-App Billing Compliance

All present and future financial transactions, subscriptions, and digital feature purchases within Zenvora will be processed exclusively through Google Play's official in-app billing platform (com.android.vending.BILLING) in strict compliance with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement.

  • No Merchant Storage of Financial Records: Xpeartz Technologies never requests, collects, views, or stores your credit card numbers, debit cards, bank details, or CVVs. All payment transactions occur securely within Google Play's encrypted payment ecosystem.
  • Purchase Entitlements & Tokens: When an optional purchase is completed, Google Play returns an encrypted cryptographic token indicating the active status of your subscription or license. This token is verified on-device to unlock corresponding premium capabilities.
  • Subscription Management & Refunds: Subscriptions can be managed, modified, or canceled at any time by visiting the Google Play Store app (Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Refunds are governed by Google Play's standard consumer refund policies.

4Optional Account Authentication & Diagnostic Telemetry

To maintain app reliability and provide optional convenience features, Zenvora integrates specific Google Firebase libraries:

  • Optional Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication): Creating an account is completely optional. You can use all core document features without signing in. If you choose to authenticate using your Google account, Firebase Authentication receives your display name, verified email address, and profile avatar URL solely to establish your user session and persist basic app preferences.
  • Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics): To help us identify and resolve device-specific hardware crashes and memory exceptions, Firebase Crashlytics collects non-identifying telemetry (operating system version, device model, battery level, free RAM, and technical crash stack traces). Crash stack traces do not contain document text or personal file contents.
  • Performance Monitoring (Firebase Performance): Measures app launch latency and rendering performance to ensure smooth 120Hz scrolling on Android hardware.

5Android Permissions & Technical Justification

In adherence to Google Play's Principle of Least Privilege, Zenvora requests only the minimal runtime permissions required to deliver document management features:

Permission NameCategoryExact Purpose & Limitation
android.permission.CAMERADocument CaptureUsed strictly when the user activates the in-app document scanner to photograph receipts, contracts, or paperwork. Frames are saved directly to the local device sandbox.
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGEFile ImportAllows users to explicitly select and import existing images or PDF documents from their photo gallery or downloads directory into Zenvora.
android.permission.USE_BIOMETRICHardware VaultEnables fingerprint or facial recognition unlock via Android BiometricPrompt. Hardware security remains inside Android Keystore.
android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONSBackground TasksOptional Android 13+ permission to notify the user when background multi-page PDF batch exports or encrypted backup archives complete.
android.permission.INTERNETNetwork OperationsUsed exclusively for Firebase Authentication, Crashlytics diagnostics, and Google AdMob ad delivery. Zero document content is ever sent over this connection.
com.android.vending.BILLINGCommerceStandard permission required to interface with Google Play In-App Billing for future optional Pro upgrades and subscriptions.

6Data Retention, Ownership & User Deletion Rights

Under our sovereign data architecture, you maintain total ownership and ultimate control over your information:

  • Instant Local File Deletion: Deleting a document, page, or folder inside Zenvora immediately and permanently removes the underlying file from the device filesystem and SQLite index.
  • App Uninstallation: Because data is stored in the private application sandbox, uninstalling Zenvora permanently deletes all local documents, databases, thumbnails, and cache files unless you previously created an encrypted manual backup.
  • Firebase Account Deletion: If you created an optional Firebase account, you may request permanent deletion of your authentication record directly in the app via Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by emailing our privacy officer at help@xpeartz.com. All authentication records will be purged within 30 days.

7Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Zenvora is designed as a productivity and document management utility for general business and personal audiences. The app is not directed toward children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or serve targeted advertising to minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately to have it purged.

8International Data Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have legal rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA:

  • Right of Access & Portability: Since your documents are saved in standard open formats (PDF, JPG, PNG) on your device, you have immediate access and complete portability of your records at all times.
  • Right of Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can delete any or all documents instantly on your device, or request deletion of your optional Firebase Auth profile.
  • Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: Xpeartz Technologies does not sell your personal data or document contents. As detailed in Section 2, Google AdMob processes advertising identifiers in accordance with your consent preferences and device settings.

9Changes & Amendments to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect app updates, new feature rollouts (such as premium tiers), or evolving legal requirements. When updates occur, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and provide notice within the application release notes or settings screen. Continued use of Zenvora after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
