1Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Xpeartz Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your download, installation, and use of the Zenvora — AI Document Manager mobile application for Android.

By installing, accessing, or using Zenvora, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our companion Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the application. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to enter into this agreement.

2License Grant & Permitted Use

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, Xpeartz Technologies grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute Zenvora on personal Android devices under your control.

Sovereign Document Rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the files, images, PDFs, signatures, and extracted text you import or generate in Zenvora belong exclusively to you. Zenvora does not host or sync your files to any central server, and we do not claim any copyright, trademark, or ownership rights over your personal or business documents.

3Free Tier & Advertisements (Google AdMob)

Zenvora is provided as a free-to-download productivity application supported by advertising. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Third-Party Advertising: Zenvora displays banner, interstitial, and promotional advertisements powered by Google AdMob (Google LLC). These advertisements allow us to offer essential document tools without mandatory subscription barriers.
• Third-Party Content Disclaimer: Advertisements shown within the app are delivered dynamically by Google AdMob. Xpeartz Technologies does not endorse, control, verify, or assume any responsibility for third-party products, services, claims, or websites advertised through AdMob. Any interactions, purchases, or agreements between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that third party.
• No Document Scanning for Ads: As stated in our Privacy Policy, your document files and extracted text are strictly stored on your device and are never scanned or shared with Google AdMob for ad targeting.

4Future In-App Purchases, Paid Plans & Google Play Billing

In future releases, Xpeartz Technologies may introduce optional paid features, ad-free passes, premium export modules, or recurring subscription plans ("Paid Services").

5Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree to use Zenvora solely for legitimate, lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application (except to the extent permitted by applicable open-source licenses or mandatory statutory law).
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security mechanisms, hardware biometric checks, or in-app licensing controls.
• Use the application to scan, store, or process counterfeit financial instruments, unlawful contraband, or content that infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Attempt to automate, scrape, or inject malicious code into the application runtime or associated services.

6Device Security & Local Backup Responsibility

Because Zenvora operates on a local-first, sovereign architecture, your documents reside solely in your device storage and are not backed up to a centralized Xpeartz cloud server.

7Intellectual Property of Xpeartz Technologies

The Zenvora application, codebase, user interface design, logos, brand assets, animations, icons, and product documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Xpeartz Technologies and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Xpeartz Technologies.

8Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ZENVORA IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. XPEARTZ TECHNOLOGIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY ANDROID HARDWARE COMBINATION, OR THAT OPTICAL CHARACTER RECOGNITION (OCR) WILL BE 100% ACCURATE ACROSS ALL HANDWRITING AND LIGHTING CONDITIONS.

9Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL XPEARTZ TECHNOLOGIES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR HARDWARE DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

IN NO CASE SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO XPEARTZ TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50.00 USD).

10Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to Zenvora shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

11Modifications to Terms & Application

We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material modifications occur, we will post the updated Terms on this website and update the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued access to or use of Zenvora after revisions take effect constitutes your agreement to be bound by the updated terms.
